Equipped with a practical stainless steel cart with a support surface, wheels and tool holder hook, with wood burning plate, utensil to rekindle the fire, chimney and hat, door to close the mouth of the fireplace. The base of the fire is made of high quality refractory ceramic approved for food use. The interior structure is made of stainless steel while the exterior is made of electrozinc-plated steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool, which allows heat to be conserved more effectively, thus preventing the outer structure from reaching too high temperatures.
